Fanatics Collect Unveils New Buy Now Marketplace

Fanatics Collect, the go-to platform for collectors, is shaking things up with the introduction of its new Buy Now marketplace. Designed with sellers in mind, this innovative marketplace comes with a fresh fee structure that promises to revolutionize the selling experience.

The standout feature of this new fee system is the enticing 6% fee for listings sold for less than $120. This rate is one of the most competitive in the industry, making it a lucrative opportunity for sellers looking to boost their earnings. By doing away with the previous 20% buyer’s premium and bonus commission fees, Fanatics Collect is ensuring that sellers can pocket more of their sales revenue.

On top of the reduced fee for lower-priced items, sellers can expect to earn just as much on sales of $120 or more as they did before. This means sellers have the potential to earn up to 94% of the listing price for items sold under $119.99, a significant increase compared to the previous maximum of 85%. The immediate benefit to sellers is clear, with all existing listings seamlessly transitioning to the new fee structure without requiring any price adjustments.

The revamped Buy Now marketplace isn’t just about lower fees; it also brings improvements to enhance the overall selling experience. By addressing feedback from both collectors and sellers, Fanatics Collect has optimized the platform to boost card discoverability, reduce listing times, and simplify the fee structure. The removal of the 20% buyer’s premium and bonus commission encourages sellers to price their listings more competitively, ultimately diversifying and improving the quality of options for buyers.

In a bid to maintain fairness and competitiveness, listings priced more than 20% above fair market value will be subject to a 15% seller’s fee instead of the standard 6%. Furthermore, the platform has scrapped the previous $3 minimum fee for Buy Now sales, allowing sellers the flexibility to list items for as little as 50 cents.

The new Buy Now marketplace also streamlines transactions, offering a faster and more efficient process for both sellers and collectors. With immediate payment from collectors upon purchase through the Fanatics Collect app, sellers can expect to receive their earnings promptly, while buyers can swiftly add new gems to their collections.

For sellers who may prefer not to operate under the new fee structure, the option to delist items is always available. Assistance can be sought from sales representatives or the Collector Experience team for any queries or guidance needed during the transition.

The introduction of the Buy Now marketplace marks a pivotal moment in the Fanatics Collect journey, dedicated to enhancing the trading experience for collectors of all kinds. Dive into the new marketplace today and make the most of the simplified fee structure to maximize your earnings on every sale!
