Whatnot Rewards Club Enhances Buyer-Seller Interactions

Whatnot, the popular online buying and selling platform, is thrilled to introduce its latest innovation – the Rewards Club. This new loyalty program aims to revolutionize the buyer-seller interactions by providing a seamless and rewarding experience for all users.

The Rewards Club is an achievement-based program that not only benefits sellers by helping them expand their businesses but also focuses on tracking buyer interactions and offering enticing rewards. It is designed to be active round the clock and promises to foster deeper connections between buyers and sellers, ultimately leading to increased transactions.

One of the key highlights of the Rewards Club is its customizable nature. Acknowledging that every seller’s business is unique, the program offers flexibility, allowing sellers to tailor the loyalty program according to their specific community and business objectives. This customization ensures that sellers can effectively engage with their audience and drive growth in a way that aligns with their goals.

Structured into five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond – the Rewards Club requires sellers to achieve a certain set of milestones to unlock each tier. These achievements are determined by the seller and can include metrics like the number of shows watched, purchases made, or total amount spent. By reaching different tiers, members can unlock a range of rewards and benefits, including status badges, coupons, and exclusive access to tier-only shows.

To keep the program fresh and exciting, Rewards Club operates on a seasonal basis. Every three months, the program resets, providing sellers with the opportunity to refine and enhance their offerings. This schedule ensures that sellers can continuously improve their engagement strategies and keep their audience interested throughout the year.

What sets the Rewards Club apart is its adaptability. Sellers have the freedom to set achievement thresholds and choose rewards that best suit their business strategies. Additionally, sellers can launch their program at any time during a season and make adjustments at the end of each season based on their performance and goals.

The beta testing phase for the Rewards Club is currently underway, with the official launch of Season 1 scheduled for September 1st. During beta testing, sellers have the flexibility to edit their tiers and even cancel their program by reaching out to their Account Manager or Whatnot Support. Sellers eager to get a head start can join the waitlist for early access to edit tiers before Season 1 goes live.

For sellers to be eligible to participate in the Rewards Club, certain prerequisites must be met. These include processing 50 or more non-giveaway orders, earning over $1,000 on Whatnot, being a seller for at least 30 days, maintaining a seller rating of 4.8 or higher, and not having any repeated violations.

Buyers, on the other hand, can automatically join a seller’s Rewards Club upon making a purchase. They can easily manage their coupons and rewards through the Rewards Club overview page. It’s essential to note that purchases made using coupons are final, emphasizing transparency and finality in transactions.

The total amount spent by buyers, including taxes and shipping fees, counts towards their achievements. However, discounts applied through coupons do not contribute towards achieving spending milestones. Additionally, members have the option to display or hide their Rewards Badges during live shows, respecting their privacy preferences.

As the Rewards Club continues to roll out, Whatnot remains committed to assisting users every step of the way. Whether sellers have questions about setting up their program or buyers need support managing their rewards, the Whatnot support team is readily available to provide guidance and assistance. Join the Rewards Club today and elevate your buying and selling experience with Whatnot!
